Recruitment

• Porsche Holding GmbH maintains a Group-wide e-racing page (https://www.porsche-holding.com/de/karriere). As for the e-racing page, according to the data processing law, the entity responsible for the processing of personal data is Porsche Holding GmbH, including if the application is for a position at a subsidiary of Porsche Holding GmbH in Austria.
• On the careers website, you can apply for a vacancy or send us an unsolicited application. For the application, your data in the following categories* (contact and identification data, data containing your personal/professional data, photo of the candidate, application documents) will be automatically processed and sent to the Group company that included the vacancy information on the careers page. If you are looking for a position through an HR service provider, your application documents, contact details, salary, job grade and start date will be sent to the HR service provider. If you apply for the #studysmart#worksmart program, your application documents and contact details will be sent to the University of Salzburg to confirm that you meet the academic criteria for admission.
• Purpose: The purpose of the electronic processing of candidate data is to enable us to choose a suitable person for the position (employee recruitment).
• Justification: legitimate interest (managing the application process, keeping track of the application as there may be other potentially interesting positions (if applicable), and coordinating with external HR service providers (if applicable)), and allowing us to perform various pre-contractual activities if you request it.
• Storage period: your personal data will be stored until the end of the application process plus 7 months. If you indicated that, in the event of a rejection, we must register your application for other potentially interesting positions, or if you did not apply for a specific position, your personal data will be stored for a maximum of 32 months, unless you instruct us during this period to keep a record of your data for a further 32 months.

If you provide sensitive data of this kind, you are explicitly consenting to Porsche Holding GmbH processing this data for recruitment purposes.

[6.2] Consent for data to be forwarded to affiliates

If you indicate that, even if you do not get the job, we are allowed to keep a record of your application for other potentially interesting positions, or if you did not apply for a specific position, you are giving your explicit consent for Porsche Holding GmbH to forward your data to its affiliates, so that your application documents can be processed by an affiliate.
