A big challenge
The biggest challenge currently facing society, and also companies, is the climate crisis. The Volkswagen Group – including Porsche Holding Salzburg – is committed to the goals of the Paris Agreement and the European Green Deal.
Sustainability is a global responsibility that every company must take seriously. As an integral part of the corporate principles, the sustainability strategy is enshrined in our "evolve 2030" Strategy.
Responsible and climate-friendly actions are at the heart of our daily work – in all business areas and along the entire supply chain.

Our sustainability strategy focuses on: seven pillars of focus in which we have identified the greatest capital.
Our Goals
The focus on sustainability, environmental protection and diversity is essential to the long-term corporate success of Porsche Holding Salzburg. To this end, we focus on three overarching goals for 2030. In particular, the constant reduction of our carbon footprint is a top priority for Porsche Holding.
We drive the achievement of these goals through seven priority areas. Each area includes the definition of additional objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs) and corresponding measures. More information can be found in the 2025 Sustainability Report.
Consistently Together on the Road
Responsible and sustainable business practices require the commitment of all employees in all locations. Porsche Holding Salzburg therefore places particular emphasis on communication and dialogue with its employees. This includes transparent information, awareness-raising activities and a clear commitment by the Governing Board. In each of our 29 countries, we have sustainability coordinators and field managers who take into account location-specific conditions and drive change.
As a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG, our activities are also aligned with the Group's strategy. The "regenerate+ strategy" aims to have a positive impact on nature and society around the world.

Thanks to the dedication of our employees in 29 countries, we made progress in 2023 and set an important course towards a sustainable future for all.
