Since May 2023, the automotive industry has become an obligated subject before the Financial Analysis Unit (UAF). This means that certain requirements established in the regulation issued by the UAF must be met.

From now on, in accordance with the regulations in force, we are obliged to collect additional information from all persons, whether natural or legal, who carry out transactions with Porsche Chile SpA.

Due to these new requirements, information on the origin of the funds used in the transaction and the identification of the final beneficiaries will be requested, in cases where necessary.

We understand that these new procedures may be unusual or additional compared to previous experiences, but these changes are necessary to comply with current legislation and contribute to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
