As part of this Group, Porsche Chile shares and endorses these values. For us, Compliance means that our employees not only comply with current legislation, but also adhere to a set of moral principles that go beyond the mere application of the law. These principles are set out in the Group's Code of Conduct and apply to all levels of the organization, including our operation in Chile.

Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct for Business Partners
At Porsche Chile, we believe that sustainable business relationships are built on trust, integrity, and mutual respect. Therefore, we expect our business partners to share and promote the same principles that guide our actions. The Code of Conduct for Business Partners sets the expected standards in terms of business ethics, human rights, environmental protection, regulatory compliance, and responsible supply chains.
These principles are fundamental to building transparent, sustainable, and long-term business relationships. Because shared success begins with shared values.
